Getting to know Veronica...
Veronica Hunter has achieved plenty of milestones throughout her career as a real estate agent, including being named one of Sacramento’s top-100 Realtors, one of Coldwell Banker’s top-100 agents in Sacramento, and earning the distinguished Masters Club designation in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
Specializing in selling homes in the Midtown, Arden, and Sierra Oaks neighborhoods, she also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Sacramento’s surrounding communities including Land Park, Carmichael, West Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Elk Grove and Rancho Cordova, Natomas, and others.
With a reputation for aggressively negotiating on behalf of her clients, Hunter offers a zest for problem-solving and the ability to close tough deals. For that reason, she’s become Sacramento’s go-to real estate representative for divorce sales, probate, or just ensuring that sellers receive the highest and best sale price.
Hunter also vehemently advocates for her clients, with the patience, expertise, and acumen to serve first-time homebuyers, Veterans Administration buyers, single female buyers, probate and trust, and the most discerning investors. Clients have remarked that Veronica shines brightest with real estate transactions that others may shy from.
"I just love helping people succeed," says Hunter. "In real estate, and in life."
Her mission is to provide impeccable customer service to each and every client, always making herself available to listen and educate. But mostly, she loves rolling up her sleeves and doing the hard work to ensure her clients “win” the real estate game.
Considering her background, it’s not hard to see where this dedication to service comes from. Hunter was born and raised in these same Sacramento communities, graduating from Sacramento State with a degree in Business Administration before excelling in her position with the County Department of Education.
“I was always raised with a strong sense of service to the community,” says Hunter, whose father, Jeff Slowey, sits on the Citrus Heights City Council. “It was just ingrained in me that it was the right thing to do.”
Hunter, too, is dedicated to aiding and empowering people in our Sacramento community. She's an active volunteer with:
- Sacramento Kiwanis Club,
- Kiwanis Club Board member since 2013,
- Citrus Heights Chambers of Commerce,
- Toastmasters International,
- Volunteering at local schools
A proud mother of two children, Veronica is all about family at heart, balancing her hard work with interests like yoga, hiking, travel, and participating in local events.
She recently teamed up with Coldwell Banker in Sacramento because the company shares her values. Not only is her real estate firm the leader in listings in California’s capital city, but they offer top-tier marketing for clients, including promotion in SacMagazine, local television commercials, and with cutting-edge video and social media exposure.
In summary, Veronica Hunter would love the chance to earn your trust and real estate business.
